About Us

Carl Engelmann started Western Window Service in October of 1958 with his toolbox and a station wagon.   His focus was helping people by fixing their window problems instead of trying to sell them new windows.  His two sons now own and operate the business with several dedicated employees.

Our service is trustworthy and based upon traditional values.  The majority of our expanding business comes to us by referrals and repeat business from satisfied customers.  We have also experienced sales growth from local building trade and even nationwide-industrial competitors.

Terms

Full payment is due upon our delivery (or shipment) of goods and services.  We accept payment via personal check as well as by MasterCard, VISA, or Discover.

Parking is available in front of our building as well as in a parking lot immediately across Depot Street (near the railroad tracks).

Help Wanted

We are currently accepting applications for  service technicians.  Please call for more details and to arrange for an interview.

Help Us Help You!

We are looking for old window manufacturers' catalogs, such as the architectural "Sweets" catalogs.  These assist us -- and could in time allow us to assist you -- in determining the manufacturer of the various part components.  Should you have or know of such old catalogs, please contact us.

We are always interested in obtaining obsolete, unused window and sliding door parts.   If you have such items or know of someone who does, please call us, visit our business location, write us, or e-mail us at service@westernwindow.com.

For employment opportunities, contact jobs@westernwindow.com
